LPs required for certification

LP = Learning Points
1 LP = 10 hours(1-1.5 days training depending on number of hours per day)
10 LP = 100 hours

Any HRDA Certification Programme requires a minimum of 10 LP .
Select 5-6 courses toalling 10 LPs, in any track to get certified
