for any course/trainer/date/venue… etc. The registration information goes
directly to the (chosen) course instructor or trainer. The trainer, then, deals
directly with the applicant.
Records and Learning History
When a course takes place and completed, it becomes an “Event”. Events are
registered with all details including names and profiles of participants.
Participants get attendance certificates, and gain points (every course has
predefined points).
Each participant (student) has a record in the HRDA database
participants. He/she may accumulate points until he/she meets the required
standard to get the track certificate.
