HRDA has developed the trainers competency model (TCM) to
identify and assess core training competencies. TCM is based on a defined set

The trainer’s certification process requires that applicants
have to pass two assessments:

Knowledge assessment- a written examination consisting of 20
questions to assess the theoretical knowledge of the learning process, and
-
Performance assessment- using an assessment instrument consisting of 30
elements to measure the trainer performance.
