The Workshop aims to assist Participants communicate effectively on an Internal & External Level in the Workplace. The workshop will facilitate participants with techniques to think, act, talk, react and feel differently enabling them to positively influence the emotions of others & themselves. The Workshop tools are various however NLP will be the principal tool during the course.
Experts all over the Globe acknowledge that Emotional Intelligence within organizations is perhaps the most crucial determinant of success in the workplace. However, it is unfortunate that organizations within the Arabian Gulf give insignificant value to creating Positive Emotional Hygiene in their organizations. This course will give attendees an opportunity to broaden their understanding of Emotional Intelligence and invest the techniques smartly in the Workplace.
Delegates attending the 2 day workshop will develop the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions as a source of human energy, information and influence. They will gain technical insights into why and how they react and respond to certain events in their organization. They will be given awareness to utilize Emotional Intelligence in the workplace to enhance their teamwork in the workplace.
